Planning an Inclusive and Collaborative Transition

PEAC held a workshop on planning a transition to adult life for a student with a disability, presented by transition expert Domenico Cavaiuolo of East Stroudsburg University. Colleen Tomko (PEAC, Kids Together) also discussed vision building and planning, and how to incorporate the vision for a student with a disability into the transition plan. All were welcome, including parents of children with disabilities of any age, students, current and future teachers, service providers, and administrators! Organized by PEAC, funded by the PA Developmental Disabilities Council.
